How to make a microworm culture

Can new fry eat micro worms? I have white worms, but the fry have to be a couple of weeks old before they are large enough to eat them.

Also, how often do you feed live food? I'd think there are other nutrients in flake food that they need too.

We feed micro worms to newly free swimming Fry.. Sometimes I mix it with BBS. Just to get them chasing it....
