Are you using a browser from desktop or an app on a mobile device? I am seeing the photo, so trying to figure out what is blocking you.

I'm using Google Chrome on a desktop running windows 7

Just downloaded Google Chrome. And I cannot see the image either. Something with that browser isn't working right. No idea why at this point, but will see if I can figure something out.

I can see a link, which when clicked comes up with the message "Invalid Photo Specified"

Can you see this image? I downloaded it and again uploaded it to the server. This is very odd!

Yep, it's on it's side, but I can see it clearly.

Yep it is sideways. I never rotated it. Very odd indeed. No idea why you couldn't see the original when I never edited it.

I do not have permission to post attachments, so I posted a link to the image in the image gallery. I wonder if this is where the viewing problem originated?
