Hello everyone! I got my Angels about 2 years ago. I recently notice two of the Angels keeping the rest of the Angels in one side of the tank and kind of picking at the plants. Do this means that they are already mates and being ready to laid eggs?

Yes, it does appear that you have a pair. And from their behavior potentially they've already spawned and are guarding their eggs.
With the number of angels in your tank you will need to move a group into another tank or consider rehoming. If you end up with a second pair your tank will turn into a war zone. I've had overcrowded tanks like yours where the dominant male killed off his competition.
