    Is it something bad?

I have been noticing something in a few of my bare bottom tanks. "It", whatever "It" is, can be spotted on the bottom or inside the box filters. "It" is a light brown in color and looks like a worm, yet one can almost see through it. Looks like "it" is made of sections. "It" will move very, very slowly around. When you wipe the bottom of the tank for a cleaning, "It" seems to quickly reattach to the bottom before you get the chance to syphon "It" out.

Does anyone have an idea what "It" is?

Sounds a bit like a flat worm. What live foods, if any, do you feed to your fish?

No live food at all except for the fry who get newly hatched brine shrimp. From my biology days I remember a flatworm as something you could see moving; not like these guys. Guess I need to find the time to research.
