    Aquatic Experience live??

Hi folks, Jan and I, are getting ready to head down to Schaumburg and set up our booth/table for the event. I'm hoping to get some good pictures to share with everyone, so this will be the thread for ongoing updates. It was a nice show last year, and it sounds like it's gotten even better this time around. Stay tuned.....

We're back now.....great show so far....and lots of folks swinging by the booth....over 75 handouts, and inquiries...some very nice people and some really interested in checking TAS out...we supplied forum links and we're looking forward to seeing them on here them...had a nice chat with Ann from Vermont who says she's not been a member here in years, but needs to come back into the fold...
Would have liked to pop these up from the show, but 'wifi' there costs $40/day.....
Sorry if some a touch blurry....I haven't got the re-sizing thingy down good on phone pics....

    Here's a few pics....

Next year, we need to bring a tank and angels....and create some nice photos and displays for the booth...I'll try and get some pics of the booths of other clubs,etc....I remembered mostly 'blah' booths, but this year many upped the ante with tanks/pics/ color print displays, etc.....some very robust, a few simple but effective.....we need to up our presentation as well....

While this show was a bit more commercial than some shows, it brought folks out of the woodwork that I hadn't seen in years....it was good to catch up with some off the best old time breeders around....
..and they're all still keeping, but not breeding as much as before.....

Here's another interesting thing we saw at the GCCA booth..

We saw two 125's that had self contained filters build into the inside rear of the tanks....older tanks too....the corners were rounded instead of squared off too......They were brought in by a fellow GCCA member for the display that they had set up.....gorgeous tanks...and yes, acrylic.....

You get a front view on the right tank, and a view of the rear filtering chambers on the left tank..

Is this open to the public or just clubs/vendors?
