Silver Ghost Gold Marble

Non-wild alleles that interact to form this phenotype:
Gold Marble (Gm), Stripeless (S)

A silver ghost gold marble is a silver gold marble with the addition of one stripeless allele. A silver gold marble will typically display the black body marking of a gold marble angelfish superimposed on the black stripes of a silver angelfish.  With the addition of one stripeless allele the phenotype is called a “ghost.”  The stripeless allele suppresses the expression of the stripes and will typically lighten up the expression of any orange or yellow pigments in the crown area.
