Silver Marble Ghost

Non-wild alleles that interact to form this phenotype:
Marble (M), Stripeless (S)

A silver marble ghost is a silver marble with one stripeless allele.  A silver marble will typically display the black body marking of a marble angelfish superimposed on the black stripes of a silver angelfish.  With the addition of one stripeless allele the phenotype is called a “ghost.”  The stripeless allele suppresses the expression of the stripes and will typically lighten up the expression of any orange or yellow pigments in the crown area.  The genotype of a silver marble ghost is:

M/+ - S/+
